Santilli Lace Events has been years in the making. While the idea may have started with planning my children's birthday parties, it truly came to life as I celebrated milestones like graduations and other meaningful events. Throughout it all, my family came first, and my passion for hosting, designing, organizing, and bringing people together grew alongside them.

In addition to my personal love of event planning, I bring four years of hands-on experience as an Event Manager at an upscale suburban wedding venue. During that time, I coordinated and managed a wide variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, social celebrations, and multicultural and ethnic weddings. Working closely with couples, families, vendors, and venue staff gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to create a seamless and memorable event while navigating the unexpected with professionalism and grace.

There is nothing more rewarding to me than helping others. Whether it's easing the stress of a busy planning season, managing the countless details of an event, or simply giving someone the freedom to be fully present on an important day, I take pride in being the person who is "right on top of that."
